Who We Are
Lounge-O-Rama™ was founded in 2003 by trumpeter/vocalist Patrick Olguin. The group originated as a hard-swinging, soft-crooning Rat Packesque jazz combo. Olguin fronted the high-energy five-piece band, switching from trumpet to vocals and back with a command and ease that causes the listener to scratch his head, trying to determine what he does best. Though originally rooted in jazz, the band has constantly sought to expand its repertoire in order to reach more audiences. Let's face it, people love the American Songbook, but halfway into the party, most crowds want to rock out. Turns out... so do we! The result is a highly professional, wildly entertaining, and most versatile party band around. Through hard work and an obsession for playing, the band demonstrates a mastery of nearly 100 years of popular music without sacrificing anything.
